Pass-through or Hood type Dishwashers

Can be corner or in line located, with off the shelf or bespoke inlet and outlet tabling They are available in different power levels from 4 kw upwards in 1 of 3 phase configurations. They can be supplied with or without detergent pumps drain pumps, dependent on site requirements. Some have guaranteed rinse temperature for ensuring adequate sterilization for at risk members of the population, useful in Schools and Nursing or Care Homes. They are ideal for high volume locations, and reduce the impact of manual handling issues. Options available on bespoke tabling are pre wash sinks, sets of runners to store baskets. Waste scraping rings with waste bins below, voids under for other appliances if needed, and rear ledge extended to the wall to prevent loss over the rear edge of the tabling. Basket size is generally 500mm x 500mm Cycle times are generally 70s, 130s or 180s and some can have site specific programs dependent on Model chosen

Flight Dishwashers

For large scale installations designed from various elements main wash unit pre rinse sections moisture and heat extraction and drying units with motorized conveyor operation . Why do I need a Water Softener?

Please watch the video, in this video we show an extreme case of a boiler from a dishwasher where the customer had a water softener but did not regenerate it and wondered why is wash quality was poor in fact no water was going into the machine during the rinse stage of the wash cycle
When Water in Hard water areas is heated or chilled The Calcium Carbonate that causes Hard Water is left behind forming a white chalky deposit this builds up after repeated use without a water softener in hard water areas causing hard deposits to form. This is a rough surface which is ideal in dish washers and ice machines to allow bacteria to form and develop. Scale when formed significantly shortens the life of a machine and I the case of Dishwashers and Glasswashers causes poor quality finish on crockery and glasses as it not only causes stains and streaks but also reduces the effectiveness of the detergents used.
